Follow these few steps, it's very easy

1. Sign in or sign up to IFTTT
2. Click on "New Applet" on the top right of the page
3. For "This" type "Instapaper" in the research bar
4. For "Then" select "Send me an email" in the "Email" action service
5. Click on "Finish" and you're done!

Now all you'll have to do is save an article on Instapaper, and you can resume your reading anytime
